Commissioner Lo Wai-chung attends the 84th INTERPOL General Assembly in Rwanda. Delegates discuss and endorse a series of measures for strengthening INTERPOL's organisation in order to serve members better and forge partnership. Mr Lo also meets INTERPOL Secretary-General, Mr Jürgen Stock, for strengthening co-operation with INTERPOL.

They exchange intelligence with other delegates on the latest trend of Social Engineering Fraud and discuss about strenthening co-operation in combating cross-jurisdictional financial crime.
