Police appeal for information on fatal traffic accident in Kwun Tong
Police today (December 13) appealed for information about a traffic accident in Kwun Tong on November 30 in which an 42-year-old man who was injured and later died in hospital.
At about 2pm on November 30, a light goods vehicle (LGV) driven by a 40-year-old man was travelling on Shui Wo Street westbound. At the junction with Fu Yan Street near the Shui Wo Street Market, the LGV hit the man who was crossing the road.
He was taken to the United Christian Hospital and subsequently transferred to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was certified dead at 2.25pm yesterday (December 12).
Investigations by the Special Investigation Team, Traffic Kowloon East are proceeding.
