Special traffic arrangements in Causeway Bay
Police will implement special traffic arrangements in Causeway Bay to facilitate a products expo to be held in Victoria Park from Saturday (December 8) to January 1, 2008.
Pedestrianisation
-----------------
The following roads will be pedestrianised from 4 pm to midnight on weekdays and from noon to midnight on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays during the event:
- A section of Lockhart Road east of Cannon Street;
- East Point Road; and
- A section of Great George Street west of Paterson Street.
Road closure
------------
The following roads may be closed to facilitate the crowd flow:
- A section of southbound Gloucester Road between the ramp leading from Victoria Park Road Flyover and Causeway Road;
- Sugar Street;
- A section of northbound Gloucester Road between Causeway Road and Kingston Street, except northbound traffic from Tai Hang Road Flyover;
- Great George Street;
- A section of Paterson Street between Kingston Street and Great George Street;
- A section of westbound Kingston Street between Gloucester Road and Paterson Street;
- A section of Paterson Street between Gloucester Road and Kingston Street;
- Kingston Street;
- Cleveland Street; and
- Depending on the situation, Hing Fat Street will be intermittently closed, except for franchised buses and green minibuses (GMB).
Traffic diversion

The following road diversions may be implemented to facilitate the crowd flow:
- Traffic on Victoria Park Road Flyover will be diverted to westbound Gloucester Road;
- Traffic on southbound Paterson Street will be diverted to eastbound Kingston Street; and
- Traffic on southbound Cleveland Street will be diverted to eastbound Kingston Street.
Suspension of parking spaces

The parking spaces of Hing Fat Street Public Carpark will be temporarily suspended from 7.30 am on this Saturday (December 8) to 2 pm on January 2, 2008, except the 15 parking spaces and motorcycle parking spaces near the swimming pool, and all disabled parking spaces.
Vehicles are prohibited to access and leave the public car parks at Great George Street and the Park Lane Hotel during the road closure period.
Suspension of bus and GMB terminus and lay-by

The franchised bus and GMB terminus at Park Tower may be suspended and relocated to Ngan Mok Street, the lay-by outside Metropark Hotel and Tung Lo Wan Road.
Motorists are advised to take heed of the traffic signs, which will be placed in the vicinity of the venue. Police officers will be on hand to guide motorists.
