The two men were later charged with "possessing false instruments" and "possession of an ID Card relating to another person".
The case was tried on June 25 this year. The 30-year-old man pleaded guilty and on July 16 was sentenced to three years and two months imprisonment.
The 33-year-old man jumped court bail but was arrested by Police on September 9.
