Murder and person fell from height in Western
Police are investigating a murder in which a 46 year-old woman was killed and a 50-year-old man was fallen from height in Western this (October 7) evening.
The case was disclosed at about 6 pm when Police received a report that a man was found fallen from height and lying on the awning of a building at 554-560 Queen's Road West, Western.
Police arrived at the scene and located the man. He was taken to Queen Mary Hospital for treatment.
After inquiry, Police successfully identify the man's resident on the third floor of building.
Police entered the unit and discovered a woman body with neck injuries lying on a bed inside the bedroom.
Initial investigation revealed that the man was the woman's husband and it was suspected that the man had killed his wife before leaping from the top floor of the building.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted later to ascertain the cause of death of the deceased.
Officers of District Crime Squad, Western are investigating the case.
