Appeal for information on missing old man (with photo)

Police today (February 24) appealed to the public to provide information on the whereabouts of a man who was found missing in Yau Ma Tei.

The missing man, Tong Sung-ting, aged 86, was last seen at Kwong Wah Hospital in Yau Ma tei on February 21 and was reported missing by the staff of the hospital on the same day.

Standing about 1.6 metres, the missing man is of medium build. He has a long face with freckles near his right eye, yellow complexion and short white hair.

Tong was wearing a deep brown checked shirt, deep blue jacket and black trousers.

Police urged anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the missing man to contact the investigating officers of Regional Missing Persons Unit, Kowloon West on 2761 2394-6 or 9020 6542 or any police station.
