Police to showcase its work at Careers Expo
Those who wish to join the Police Force would have a chance to know more about the multi-faceted aspects of Police work at the upcoming Education and Careers Expo, to be held from tomorrow (February 1) to Sunday.
On display at the Police booth will be the latest information on Police recruitment and training as well as some commonly used Police equipment.
Officers from the Police Recruitment Division will be present to handle recruitment-related enquiries and register applicants on site.
In addition, Police officers from the Airport Security Unit, Police Dog Unit (PDU), Emergency Unit, Marine Police, Police Tactical Unit as well as Traffic and Weapons Training Divisions will introduce their work and equipment at different sessions.
Police dogs will also be present at one of the sessions.

February 1 (Thursday):
morning session - Airport Security Unit
afternoon session - Emergency Unit (New Territories South)
February 2 (Friday):
morning session - Marine Police
afternoon session - Traffic (Hong Kong Island)
February 3(Saturday):

afternoon session - Police Dog Unit
February 4 (Sunday):
morning session - Weapons Training Division
afternoon session - Airport Security Unit
The Expo, to be held in Hall 5 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, will open from 10.30 am to 7 pm on February 1; 10 am to 7 pm on February 2 and 3; and from 10 am to 6 pm on February 4. Admission is free.
