Murder in Tsuen Wan
Police are investigating a murder case in which an 81-year-old woman died in Tsuen Wan this (December 8) morning.
At about 9 am, a 43-year-old woman went to a flat in Shek Fong House of Shek Wai Kok Estate to visit her neighbour. No one answered the door but she peeped through the letter slot and found her neighbour lying on the ground. Feeling suspicious, she made a report to the Police.
Police officers sped to the scene and firemen broke into the flat where an 81-year-old woman was found lying on the ground unconsciously.
The woman sustained head injuries and her hands were tied up by adhesive tape. She was certified dead by ambulancemen at the scene.
A post-mortem will be conducted later to ascertain the cause of her death.
Investigations by District Crime Squad of Tsuen Wan are proceeding.
