Special traffic arrangements for Temple Fair in Mong Kok

Police will implement special traffic arrangements to facilitate the Temple Fair to be held in Mong Kok this Sunday (March 12).

Road closure

The following road closure will be implemented by two phases:

Phase 1 (from zero hour to mid-night) -
1. Fuk Tsun Street between 150 meters east of Tai Kok Tsui Road and Fir Street;
2. Beech Street between Fuk Tsun Street and Ivy Street;
3. Lime Street between Fuk Tsun Street and Larch Street;
4. Pine Street between Fuk Tsun Street and Ivy Street; and
5. Oak Street between Fuk Tsun Street and Ivy Street.

Phase 2 (from 9 am to mid-night) -
In addition to those road sections closed in Phase 1, the following roads will also be closed:

1. Walnut Street between Fuk Tsun Street and Larch Street; and
2. Closure of Fuk Tsun Street will extend to the junction with Tai Kok Tsui Road.

Traffic diversion (from zero hour to mid-night)

All traffic on Tai Kok Tsui Road heading for Fuk Tsun Street will be diverted to Tai Kok Tsui Road, Anchor Street, Ash Street and Fuk Tsun Street.

Temporary suspension of parking spaces (from zero hour to mid-night)

Parking spaces on the following streets will be temporary suspended:

1. Fuk Tsun Street between Tai Kok Tsui Road and Fir Street;
2. Lime Street between Fuk Tsun Street and Larch Street;
3. Walnut Street between Fuk Tsun Street and Larch Street;
4. Beech Street between Fuk Tsun Street and Ivy Street; and
5. Pine Street between Fuk Tsun Street and Ivy Street.

Drivers are urged to take heed of traffic signs and the direction of Traffic Police at scene.
