Kwai Tsing District (KWTDIST) and KWTDIST Junior Police Call (JPC) Honorary President Council (the Council) jointly organised the Kwai Tsing District Anti-Crime Video Production Competition, with the award ceremony held on January 7. A total of 21 primary and secondary schools in the district participated in the competition. To promote crime-prevention messages, their videos were themed on school bullying, dangerous drugs or deception. Commissioner Siu Chak-yee and Chairman of the Council Mr Lau Hing-wah officiated at the ceremony. Moreover, the Police Dog Unit and JPC members were arranged to give performances on the day. The Commissioner also took the opportunity to talk to the award-winning students and praise them for their outstanding performance.
