The Public Relations Wing (PR Wing) held the Good Citizen Award (GCA) Exhibition at Tsuen Wan CityWalk from October 6 to 9, attracting a few thousand visitors. The Exhibition introduced the history of GCA, the GCA comic book (《好市民獎勵計劃 – 有名英雄》literally Good Citizen Award Scheme - Named Heroes) and four figures of Good Citizen Alliance with their traits, i.e. Alertness, Wisdom, Activeness and Calmness. There was a quiz game on knowledge about national security and the “Good Citizens Alliance AR Filter Game”. Participants who answered the questions correctly were given the chance to win prizes. The Force’s anti-scam mascot The Little Grape appeared to interact with the public during the exhibition.
The Regional Crime Prevention Office of New Territories South and Junior Police Call of Tsuen Wan District also set up game booths in the Exhibition, showcasing the PR Wing’s booklet on juvenile crime prevention
(《青少年罪行誌 • 師長攻略》literally A chronicle of juvenile crimes – Strategies for teachers and parents), in which the juvenile crime trend, relevant laws and counter measures are introduced. The GCA Exhibition is being held at the Police Officers’ Club from October to December. Fellow colleagues and their family members may visit the Exhibition to understand the Good Citizen spirit.
