Between September and November 2021, the Police Sub-Aqua Club (PSAC) organised a CMAS One Star Diver Training Programme for five officers and their family members.

The programme consisted of two theory lessons, four pool-dive training and two sea-dive training sessions. The participants developed confidence in diving within a short period of time and mastered the necessary skills. During the diving training, the participants visited Sharp Island, Basalt Island and Pak Lap Tsai and enjoyed the colourful corals and marine life in Hong Kong.

PSAC will continue to organise diving activities in future, including workshops on maintenance of diving equipment, underwater photography and diving safety, as well as a diving activity at Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park. Interested officers please stay tuned to the Force Noticeboard and PSAC’s webpage.
