The Regional Crime Prevention Office of Hong Kong Island teamed up with the Police Community and Relations Office of Eastern District on March 14 to distribute copies of a flyer at major housing estates to remind the public to beware of "naked chat" blackmail.

 

The publicity drive commenced at Hing Tung Estate in Shau Kei Wan with the support of representatives from the Eastern District Council, Eastern District Fight Crime Committee (DFCC) and Housing Department.
