Political Commissar of the Criminal Investigation Division of Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department (PSD) Mr Sha Zhengkai led an eight-member delegation to visit the Force from April 25 to 28.

Mr Sha, together with Deputy Director of Qiannan Prefecture Public Security Bureau (PSB) Mr Wang Youxiang and Director of Wengan County PSB Mr Huang Cheng, paid a courtesy call on Director of Crime and Security Au Chi-kwong on April 28.

Mr Sha and Mr Au discussed the strategies on combatting cross-boundary crime and exchanged views on maintaining law and order in Guizhou Province and Hong Kong respectively. They said that the discussion had laid a solid foundation for the long-term development of both places.

During the delegation's stay in Hong Kong, they also discussed many policing matters with various formations under the Crime Wing, fostering mutual understanding and establishing a closer partnership between the Force and Guizhou Provincial PSD.
