Objectives
JPC LC aims to strengthen the long-term sustainability of JPC Scheme under the school-based concept and nurture JPC members to become future young leaders and come together to fight crime through discipline and foot drill training.
Content
- All secondary students from Form 1 to Form 6 are welcome to join the programme.
- JPC LC members will receive foot drill and flag-raising training at their respective school with the assistance from voluntary foot drill instructors.
- Participating JPC LC schools can opt to participate in the JPC LC annual parade and competition.
- The champion of JPC LC annual parade and competition and the best JPC LC member will reward an oversea exchange programme.
Way Forward
The pilot scheme is expected to recruit 10 schools, divided into two groups (Grade 4-6 primary students). The purpose of setting up the “Primary School – JPC Leader Corps Progromme” is to inculcate team and disciplinary training to younger students.
