Recruit Police Constable applicants will go through a 14-week selection process. Candidates who share the same values as the Hong Kong Police Force will undergo a 27-week residential training at the Hong Kong Police College. Upon achieving satisfactory performance in a series of practical, physical and academic assessments, Recruit Police Constables will first assume frontline positions in Patrol Sub-Units and embark upon their structured career path.
