There are two promotion stalls at Police Sports and Recreation Club for bidding. The locations of the promotion stalls are designated by the Club Management. Bidders are allowed to apply one promotion stall at one time. If bidders of similar nature apply for the same period, the bidder with lower bid would be rejected. If there is any objection, the Club manager’s decision will be final. Interested bidders must submit the application form with photocopy of Business Registration and a product list by hand to Office, 3/F, Police Sports and Recreation Club, No.430, Sai Yeung Choi Street North, Prince Edward on or before the application deadline during the office hour. The price offered by interested bidders must be higher than the minimum rent. If there is more than one bidder offering a rent higher than the minimum rent, the highest bidder will be chosen. In case a rainstorm black warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above is valid for any duration between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the quotation closing date, the tender closing time will be extended to 10:00 a.m. on the next weekday (i.e. except Saturday and Sunday) other than public holiday. |
