The Police crest and insignia are protected by copyright under Copyright Ordinance, Cap. 528. The Police crest is also a registered trademark under the Trade Marks Ordinance, Cap 559. Anyone wishing to use these accoutrements or props for filming purpose must seek permission from CSP PR. Application shall be made in writing to PR 7 working days before the intended filming.
