Appeal for information on serious traffic accident in Kwun Tong

Police appealed to members of the public for information on a traffic accident in which a 73-year-old woman was seriously injured in Kwun Tong last month.

At about 10.40 am on April 13, a private car travelling along a vehicular passage outside Kwong Nga House of Kwong Tin Estate reportedly knocked down a 73-year-old woman who dashed across the road.

Sustaining injuries to her head and leg, the woman was rushed to United Christian Hospital and later transferred to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for medical treatment. She is now admitted in critical condition.

Investigations by the Accident Investigation Team, Traffic, Kowloon East are proceeding.
