Appeal for information on missing girl (with photo)
Police today (April 19) appealed to members of the public for information on a girl who went missing on April 17.
Yu Wai-sze, aged 16, has left her residence on Tung Tsz Road in Tai Po in the morning of April 17 and failed to return ever since. Her father made a report to the Police on the same day.
Standing about 1.62 metres, she has a round face, short straight and black hair, yellow complexion and is of fat build.
She was last seen wearing a black short-sleeved T-shirt and a pair of dark blue trousers. She was last seen at 1 pm on April 17 at a store on Luk Keng Road in Sha Tau Kok.
Initial enquiries revealed that Yu Wai-sze was carrying a tortoise and riding a silver bicycle when missing. She frequents in the cycling tracks in Tai Po and Sha Tin.
Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the missing girl is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of New Territories North at 2666 4499.
