Appeal for information on missing old man (with photo)
Police today (April 9) appealed to the public to provide information on the whereabouts of a man who was found missing in Sai Kung.
The missing man, WAI Yan-wah aged 78, was last seen at his home in Sha Kok Mei Village in Sai Kung on April 4 and was reported missing by his daughter on April 6.
Standing about 1.6 metres and weighed about 68 kilograms, the missing man is of fat build. He has a round face, yellow complexion and short grey hair.
WAI was wearing a dark colour jacket and a pair of brown slippers.
Police urged anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the missing man to contact the investigating officers of Regional Missing Persons Unit, Kowloon East on 2703 2330 or 2703 2321 or any police station.
