Further arrests in connection with robbery and murder in Hung Hom
Police today (November 18) arrested three more men who were suspected to be in connection with the robbery and murder in KCR Hung Hom Station on November 16.
Following extensive investigations, police officers arrested a 35-year-old local man at a unit inside an industrial building on Hung To Road in Kwun Tong at about 3 pm today. Most of the gold ornaments being robbed in the case were recovered inside the unit.
In addition, two other local men, both aged 25, were arrested in connection with the case on Mei Fong Street in Kwai Chung at about 6 pm.
Together with the six male illegal immigrants arrested yesterday (November 17), the three men are being detained for further enquiries.
Investigations by the Regional Crime Unit of Kowloon West are still underway.
