Appeal for information on serious traffic accident in Wong Tai Sin
Police today (November 9) appealed to the public to provide information on a traffic accident in which a 77-year-old woman was injured in Wong Tai Sin on October 26.
At about 7.10am on October 26, a private bus driven by a 56-year-old man was travelling downhill along the slow lane of Wan Wah Street. When it reached the junction with Yuk Wah Street, the driver reportedly knocked down a 77-year-old woman who was crossing the road.
After the impact, the woman was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. She is still admitted in the hospital.
Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon East are proceeding.
