Special traffic arrangements in Wan Chai and Central
Police will implement special traffic arrangements in Wan Chai and Central on February 18 (Saturday) to facilitate the holding of a parade.
(A) Road closure

1. A section of Expo Drive East between Wanchai Ferry Pier and Expo Drive will be closed between 9 am and 6 pm;
2. Lung King Street will be closed between 12.30 pm and 6 pm; and
3. The following roads will be closed between 1.45 pm and 6 pm:
- Tim Wa Avenue;
- Lung Wui Road;
- Tim Mei Avenue;
- Fenwick Pier Street;
- Performing Arts Avenue (Except vehicles with special permits); and
- Northbound and southbound carriageways of Expo Drive.
(B) Traffic diversions

The following road diversions will be implemented between 9 am and 6 pm:
- Traffic along northbound Expo Drive East heading for Wanchai Ferry Pier will be diverted onto westbound Expo Drive; and
- Traffic along eastbound Expo Drive will be prohibited from turning left onto Expo Drive East.
The following road diversions will be implemented between 2 pm and 6 pm:
- Vehicles leaving Citic Tower carpark will be diverted onto Tim Mei Avenue and then turn left to Harcourt Road;
- Traffic along Harcourt Road will not be allowed to turn left to Performing Arts Avenue; and
- Traffic along westbound Convention Avenue heading for Central will be diverted onto Fenwick Pier Street and Fenwick Pier Street flyover.
(C) Suspension of bus terminus, taxi stands and parking spaces

The following bus terminus, taxi stands and parking spaces will be suspended between 6 am and 6 pm:
- the bus terminus at Expo Drive East;
- taxi stands at Wanchai Pier and Expo Drive East; and
- public bus parking spaces at Expo Drive East.
The motorcycle and metered parking spaces on Lung King Street will be suspended between 10 am and 6 pm.
The taxi stands at Tim Mei Avenue will be suspended between 12 noon and 6 pm.
