IPCC visits Mong Kok

Ten members of the Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC), led by Vice-chairman Yeung Yiu-chung, visited several villas and massage establishments in Mong Kok on March 21.

The visit is part of a series of events organised by the Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch (C&IIB) to enhance IPCC members' understanding of the practical problems faced by frontline officers in carrying out their duties.

Chief Superintendent (C&IIB), Mr Lee Ka-chiu, and Mong Kok District Commander, Mr To Chun-wai accompanied the IPCC members during the visit.
