About 200 people, comprising parents, youths, principals, social workers, district councillors and district fight crime committee members, earlier attended a fight youth crime seminar organised by Kwun Tong District. The participants enthusiastically discussed issues raised at the seminar, including youth's involvement with triad groups, the causes of aggressive behaviour and common bullying habits.
