Mr Robin Leung Fung-shun hands the DTS keys to CSP P&D Barbara Willison

Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police Management Robin Leung Fung-shun closed the Detective Training School campus in Kwun Tong Road on June 30. A new DTS venue is set to open in Wong Chuk Hang this month.

The ceremony also saw Mr Leung officiate at the graduation of the latest batch of DTS criminal investigation course (first stage) students, who came from various disciplined services.

Woman Police Constable Michelle Chan Man-yi landed the Highest Academic Results title with an amazing score of 99 marks. She was also first runner-up of the Most Outstanding PC Students. Mr Leung also presented certificates to Criminal Intelligence Bureau WPC Li Lai-yee the Most Outstanding PC Student and to Commercial Crime Bureau PC Yip Chi-man who took third place.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Mr Leung urged the students to beware of corruption and to stand firm against it.
