Well, the replacement of Membership Cards is going about as well as expected. From each column onwards, we'll be giving hints on how to make the process easier. Hint 1 - if your Membership Card is plastic and credit card-looking, you already have a new card and don't need to change. Hint 2 - if you already have a car park label there's no need to fill in Section A, Part F. Hint 3 - there's no need to attach birth/marriage certificates. Hint 4 - there's no need to complete Section C. More tips later.

Do you have any old videos you're tired of watching? We're trying to start a POC Video Club so Members can borrow tapes for free. So if you'd like to make a donation of tapes, drop them at Reception or call the Assistant Manager on 2591-1930.
