The Personnel Services Branch held a series of staff workshops from July to September, strengthening quality service by introducing customer relations techniques and ways to improve staff EQs and stress management.
They took the form of a series of highly-interactive group discussions, role-playing and experience-sharing sessions. The Civil Service Training and Development Institute (CSTDI) tailor-made the five one-day Achieving Service Excellence Workshops for PSB's 125 frontline officers.
All trainees enjoyed the Workshops, enthusiastically conducted by CSTDI trainers.
