Lost luggage quickly recovered

On June 23, I returned with my husband from San Francisco and we took the Airport Express to Hong Kong Station. It later came to our horror that we neglected to bring a piece of our luggage from the train.
We immediately returned to the station ticket counter to request its recovery and was informed 60 minutes later the search was futile. I then approached a policeman and he politely invited us to the station's Report Centre. He alerted colleagues at the airport and after about 30 minutes, much to our joy, the lost luggage was located.
They said that for security reasons, it was better for us to retrieve it at the airport and a policeman would assist us there. With his help, the lost luggage which contained some valuable Chinese antiques and a laptop computer was returned without fuss. On our return to Hong Kong Station, there were police waiting to check whether anything was missing from the luggage.
We were amazed and impressed to witness their earnest dedication to serve the community and the efficiency in which they performed their duties. My husband would be very pleased to join me heartily in expressing our profound appreciation for the assistance received.
I would also very much like to place on record the following officers (see below) who all co-ordinated the exercise so well, let alone the courtesy they had accorded us.
