Experience in tackling drug blackspots was shared to enhance participants' ability to eradicate mid-level trafficking syndicates.

Topics covered included intelligence gathering, on-the-ground observation, identification of targets, surveillance, arrest, house raids, video interview recording and exhibit handling.

Guests included Acting KE Regional Commander Bonnie Smith and KE Senior Superintendent Crime Choy Kin-cheung, while principal guest speakers included Chief Inspector Wong Kwok-wai and Detective CIP Leung Kam-wing.

Some 30 Inspectorate officers and 97 Junior Police Officers, including representatives from other major formations also took part.
