Airport IT security day
Staff of airport commercial outlets enhanced their computer security awareness through a seminar conducted by Crime Prevention Bureau Senior Inspector Paul Jackson on July 20.
Organised by Lantau and Airport Districts' Crime Prevention Units, the Airport Police Station seminar saw 32 representatives from 14 companies in attendance. They learned computer crime prevention, the difficulties experienced and the tactics used by Police in tackling IT crime.
They also looked at the relevant legislation.
Airport Acting Deputy District Commander Stella Chan also attended.
