Director of the Police College (the College) Chan Yee-lai (sixth right, back row) officiated at the presentation ceremony held on October 4 to present Police Long Service Medals and Clasps, Meritorious Service Certificates, retirement souvenirs, Commanding Officer’s Commendations and College Best Instructor Award 2024 to over 100 disciplined officers and civilian staff for their exemplary services and contributions to the Force.

College Best Instructor Award 2024 was introduced to honour instructors who excelled in teaching, programme design and knowledge transfer. It also aimed at inspiring instructors to enhance teaching quality and promote innovative curriculum design. A total of 16 instructors received the honour this year in recognition of their exceptional performance.
