To facilitate members of the public joining the Force, the Recruitment Division (RECDIV) launched its first ever Community Outreach Recruitment Express (CORE) by setting up recruitment information booth in Kwai Tsing District, where a significant amount of applicants live, on June 29 to 30. The newly appointed Recruitment Spokespersons shared the latest recruitment information with the public. Various formations also set up booths to showcase their work. Applicants interested to join the Force were arranged for group interview for police constable inside the mock-up ID parade room at scene. The response was overwhelming with over 100 applications received.
