To welcome the 155 members and representatives of the 26th Executive Committee of Junior Police Officers’ Association (JPOA), the Personnel Services and Staff Relations Branch of Personnel Wing (P Wing) organised an information day on July 5 to provide them with deeper understanding of P Wing’s work. Officers from P Wing explained relevant policies and shared the latest information on issues of concern to colleagues, such as service conditions, benefits and quarters. JPOA representatives also asked questions actively and reflected the opinions of their colleagues during the Q&A session.

Assistant Commissioner (Personnel) Chan Man-tak expressed his gratitude to all JPOA representatives for their continuous efforts all along. With effective interaction between the Force’s management and officers, the management can understand the actual needs of officers and provide more comprehensive support.
