The Hong Kong Police Review 2023 is now published. It outlines the success of the Force in uniting cross-sectoral strengths and joining communities to fortify the defences that keep the country safe in the spirit of “Serving Hong Kong with Honour, Duty and Loyalty” over the past year.

Commissioner Siu Chak-yee says in the Foreword that the year 2023 was meaningful for being the third anniversary of the launch of the Hong Kong National Security Law and the establishment of the Force’s National Security Department. Noting that Hong Kong has made the crucial transition from chaos to order, and is now advancing from stability to prosperity, he adds that the Force will safeguard national security with steadfast resolve and do its utmost to protect the lives and property of citizens.
