With Police University Recruitment Express (PURE), enhancing recruitment strategy and initiatives of the Force and Personnel Information Communal System II, the Recruitment Division and Manpower Planning Division under the Personnel Wing won the Talent Acquisition Excellent Award, the Employer Branding Elite Award and the HR Analytics Merit Award respectively at the HR Excellence Awards 2023/24 presentation ceremony held by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource (HR) Management on March 8.

Deputy Commissioner (Management) Chan Joon-sun and Chief Superintendent of the Human Resources Branch Kwok Mei-sum received the awards on behalf of the Force at the ceremony. Since 2016, the Force has been awarded for multiple times, reflecting that the Force’s long-term practice of outstanding HR management strategies has been recognised by the organiser and the adjudicating panel. The Force will continue striving to improve the efficiency of HR management and adopt proactive recruitment strategies.

The Force wins three HR Excellence Awards – Excellent, Elite and Merit.
