The 2023 Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) for Special Olympics Hong Kong was held between September 17 and October 30, 2023. With support from the seven disciplinary services, a total donation of $2.2 million, out of which $0.69 million by the Force, was raised in the event. On February 7, 2024, Assistant Commissioner (Personnel) Chan Man-tak presented the award certificates to the top three fund-raising Formations, namely Hong Kong Island (HKI), Kowloon East and New Territories North, as well as the first runners-up of the Overall Individual Top Fundraiser to Chief Superintendent Lee Chung-wah. HKI has been the highest fund-raising Formation for six consecutive years.

LETR for Special Olympics HK is an annual event organised by Special Olympics Hong Kong to raise funds for supporting the athletes with intellectual disabilities to take part in local training and the Special Olympics Games worldwide.
