Sergeants Leung Yin-yan, Yeung Chi-yan and Poon Tso-yee went to Sydney, Australia between February 5 and 9 to attend a frontline leadership performance training course organised by the Australian Institute of Police Management. They received the training together with officers from the police agencies, fire service and emergency service of Australia to learn how to address challenges at work and lead colleagues. During the course, the officers also shared experience with participants from different law enforcement agencies. The three officers all agreed that the course effectively improved their leadership while establishing friendship and working partnership with participants from different organisations.
