Crime Wing arranged Chief Inspector Lam Sze-ki to lead 15 frontline crime officers from various Districts to visit Chengdu Municipal Public Security Bureau (Chengdu PSB) for exchange between January 29 and February 1.

The delegates visited the Crime Investigation Department of Chengdu PSB for exchanging experience on crime prevention and investigation strategies with the local officers. The delegation also visited the historical museum and the Command and Control Centre of Chengdu PSB to learn about the development history of the local PSB and how local officers made use of advance technology for investigating cases. The exchange broadened the perspectives of the officers from both sides and laid a sound foundation for mutual partnership.
