In achieving one of the initiatives of the Force Committee on Service Quality, Service Quality Wing co-ordinated with all land Regions under the Police Staff Motivation Scheme and formed a judging panel in each Region to select the best District Investigation Team (DIT) and outstanding DIT officers with a view to encouraging the detectives in sustaining a high level of quality service with continuous improvement. The results were announced in late 2023 and January 2024, followed by award presentation ceremonies.

DIT 5 of Western District (WDIST) is awarded the Best DIT of WDIST.

DIT 8 of Shatin District (STDIST) is awarded the Best DIT of STDIST.

Awardees of New Territories North’s Best DIT and Best IO

Detective Police Constable of DIT 3 of Tseung Kwan O District is presented Kowloon East’s Best IO.
