Officers from the Police Community Relations Office (PCRO) of Wong Tai Sin District (WTSDIST) arranged for the members of Junior Police Call (JPC) and Senior Police Call (SPC) of WTSDIST to observe the production of Offbeat On Air at Wong Tai Sin Police Station on September 14 evening. The episode that evening was mainly about WTSDIST’s work in engaging young people.

During the rehearsal, the host Inspector Yim Chi-kong shared with the JPC and SPC members on how the Force promoted its public relations (PR) exercises by means of technology. He also explained the background, purpose and filming process of the programme and the challenges therein. In addition to being the first batch of live audience of Offbeat On Air, the JPC and SPC members participated in the Q&A session of the programme. They experienced the live broadcast process in person, which enhanced their understanding of the Force’s PR exercises.
