The Yau Tsim Mong (YTM) District Outstanding Police Officer Award 2023 Presentation Ceremony organised by District Fight Crime Committee (YTM District) (DFCC) in collaboration with Kowloon West (KW), Yau Tsim District (YTDIST), Mong Kok District (MKDIST) and YTM District Office was held on September 5 to commend the frontline officers of YTM who had achieved outstanding performance and demonstrated distinguished professionalism in upholding the rule of law over the past year.

Officiating at the ceremony were Legislative Council Members Mr Ng Chau-pei and Mr Leung Man-kwong, Chairman of YTM DFCC Mr Yang Si-kit, Regional Commander of KW Rupert Dover, District Commander (DC) of YTDIST Ngai Chi-shung, DC of MKDIST Ng Chi-chung, and District Officer (YTM) Mr Yu Kin-keung. The organiser presented certificates of appreciation to 40 officers and 17 Sub-units in recognition of their devotion to duty, commitment to combatting crimes and achievements in maintaining the stability of the community. The awardees were invited to share their experience in fighting crimes and views on maintaining law and order.
