The Junior Police Officers (JPO) Division of Personnel Wing organised a promotion interview workshop at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on September 5. Superintendents Yip Kim-ying, Lai Siu-wai, Tsang Wa-hei and six chief inspectors and senior inspectors were invited to form the Assessment Teams for conducting mock interviews and giving remarks on the interviewees’ performance. The participants were excited for being able to join the workshop, saying that it not only boosted up their confidence in preparing for the promotion interview but would also facilitate their policing work profoundly in the future.
