The Junior Police Officers Division of Personnel Wing held an experience-sharing activity entitled “Promotion Interview Makes Easy” at the Police Recruitment Centre on August 1 to provide a platform for the officers’ self-enhancement. Superintendent Chan Wai-wah, Chief Inspector Lee Pui-han and Senior Inspector Chan Hoi-leung were invited as guest speakers to interact with over 100 participants on-site and online. They shared their experience as members of the Police Constable to Sergeant Promotion Assessment Team. The workshop included a mock interview session, in which the participants introduced themselves, answered scenario-type questions, communicated with the guest speakers and shared their own experience.
