Senior Inspector of Regional Crime Unit of Kowloon East Lau Kai-yin, Inspector of District Anti-Triad Section of Sau Mau Ping District Lo Yip-wai and Inspector of District Intelligence Section of Tseung Kwan O District Chan Yu-wing attended a cyber security course held at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore between June 15 and 16.

The course aims to enhance the frontline investigators’ capabilities in dealing with cyber crimes and common cyber attacks. It also provides an exchanging platform for professionals from different fields to share their policing experience and practical cases. The three crime investigation officers agree that the course has helped them enhance their confidence and ability in handling cyber crimes, as well as allowing them to tell other attendees good stories of the Hong Kong Police Force.
