On June 2, Police Civil Secretary Ma Siu-hung presented letters to the newly promoted Senior Executive Officer (SEO) Lau Yee-han and nine officers, namely Yeung Hoi-ling, Chu Kiu-lap, Lam Ka-lai, Kwok Ho-ting, Cheung Lik-lik, Chu Chun-hei, Tung Pui-man, Chu Hoi-mang and Li Wai-man, who had been promoted to the rank of Executive Officer I (EOI).

Two newly promoted EOIs, Lo Cho-ki and Yiu Wing-yee, were absent from the presentation ceremony.
