On May 4, Assistant Commissioner (Information Systems) (ACP IS) Kwan Chui-ching presented Commanding Officer’s Commendations to 115 officers, and Police Long Service Medals, Clasps and Long and Meritorious Service Certificates to 13 Force and civilian officers. Four officers were presented Gold Medals with Congratulations of Jury won by the Information Systems Wing in the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, Switzerland for their exemplary performance. Four officers from Information Technology Branch and Communications Branch were granted the especially added Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) Special Award for recognising their contribution in supporting the research and development of various solutions for digital policing. ACP IS praised the officers for leveraging ICT in developing applications and services and thanked them for their dedication and contribution.
