Administered under the Police Staff Motivation Scheme, the 4-Panel Comic Design Competition was organised earlier by the Staff Relations Group (SRG) for advocating the message of financial prudence and healthy financing. To promote healthy lifestyle, the parents-children group was specially held for further promoting the culture of financial prudence at family level.

Overwhelming response was seen as over 100 submissions were received. The winner list was announced via Force Noticeboard. Chief Superintendent of Personnel Services and Staff Relations Branch Lee Chung-wah presented the prizes to the winners in late March. The winners were also invited to share their inspirations with their colleagues. The award-winning submissions have been produced as posters and publicity items for display at police stations and police premises.
