The Police Sailing Club (PSC), together with the coaching staff of Hebe Haven Yacht Club, held its first Spring Cup Sailing Race at Hebe Yacht Club, Sai Kung on March 3. A total of five class J80 boats and 32 sailors competed in three short races and one long race. After fierce competition, Superintendent Lai Ngo-yau won the championship.
